Our preferred Support and Maintenance program is an “all inclusive” agreement.  It’s our responsibility to keep your scanner working. If problems cannot be solved remotely, we come on-site without hesitation. All maintenance costs and spare parts are included provided the equipment has been used correctly.

At least one preventive service visit is done every year. This includes:

  • maintenance of mechanical parts
  • calibration and adjustment to maintain guaranteed accuracy of scanned documents.
  • Documentation of calibration results to prove accuracy
  • laser

  • We apply high accuracy laser measuring instruments in our calibration process. The equipment is regularly check by authorized experts and the quality is documented. In addition to laser calibration we also verify the guaranteed accuracy by multiple test scans.
